UPDATE: June 1, 2020

Dear Parents, Guardians, Caregivers and Participants-

We wanted to let you know of some decisions we have recently made.  After much discussion, research and soul searching have determined that we will not be holding our Summer Fun Camps in June or TASK/CBC Camp or TASK Camp in July.  This decision as based on safety for all and the logistics for running our camps.  If you have paid for a camp, someone will be reaching out to you.

We are waiting to make a decision on TASK After Hours Camp for the last week of July; we will let you know ASAP when a decision has been made.

As far as weekly programming. We have switched gears to offer online programming each day of the week in June, beginning tonight.  Here is the schedule:
Mondays- Art Class
Tuesdays- Drama
Wednesdays- Cooking
Thursdays- Zumba
Fridays- Social club

We will be using the Google Classroom Platform to send out all videos and other activities.  Once you register for these activities, you will have access to a folder where all contents will remain for the month of June, so if you didn’t sign up yet, don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of time to participate at your leisure. You can still register here.

Fall programming is still under discussion as to if or what that will look like.  Thank you for all your patience and understanding as we navigate through this new time.  Please continue to stay connected with us via our Facebook page (new activities are posted weekly).  You can access the TASK Facebook Page here.

Until we see each other again, please stay safe, enjoy summer and take care of you and your families.
Deb, Jen and the TASK Board of Directors
